Job Description

Job Title: Receptionist

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4:30 pm
Pay Range: $21-22.50/hr.
Location: 100% onsite in National City, CA

Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The receptionist will provide administrative support, ensure smooth operations, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Manage scheduling and appointments as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain and update office files and records.
  • Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, faxing, and scanning documents.
  • Keep the front desk area tidy and organized.
  • Assist with various tasks as directed by management or other departments.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require additional education or experience).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficient in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email systems).
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
