Job Summary and Hours:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptioanest / Admisistative Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing our financial transactions focusing on accounts recievable and recording transactions in Quickbooks.
Duties:
- Assist in maintaining accounts recievable information
- Help with technical accounting tasks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and documentation management
- Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare financial reports
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Drive, and Quickbooks
- Knowledge of accounting procedures
- Experience with accounts recievable functions
- Familiarity with technical accounting concepts such as debits and credits
Days:
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
