Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our team in Culver City, CA. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and recruiting within a staffing agency environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and industry professionals.
Track and report on recruiting metrics to ensure goals are met.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales and recruiting within a staffing agency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask.
