Reporting to the Owner/Strategic-Partner, the Recruiter is responsible for recruiting, selecting and supervising Field Associates. You will exercised Independent judgement to recruit candidates and match to clients with the right candidate. We have a strong pipeline of Spanish speaking candidates, so we ideally are seeking a bilingual Spanish speaking candidate.

Responsibilities include:

  • To develop repeat and referral business by filling clients' needs with appropriate Field Associates.
  • Pre-screen and schedule for in office interviews the best potential candidates and develop a bench of strong talent.
  • Provide ongoing and consistent contact with candidates while offering professional and value-added career guidance.
  • Interview and administer evaluations to determine skill level of candidates.
  • Outstanding service to both candidates and clients, to represent PrideStaff well
  • Handle all walk-in candidates to efficiently process them and get them added to our system
  • Execute all critical paperwork required in the hiring process, including administering the Federal I-9 E Verify system.
  • Make telephone calls and follow-up with clients/potential clients on a variety of matters.
  • Recruit top level administrative and light industrial professionals; interview and identify temporary, temporary- to-hire and direct hire opportunities for these candidates.

Requirements: The ideal candidate For the Recruiter position possess the following skills and or characteristics:

  • One to three years proven experience in a professional environment.
  • Ability to resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Internet Search Experience
  • College degree preferred.
  • Bilingual preferred. (English/Spanish)
  • Military Background welcome
