Job Description

We are hiring for a temporary Recruiter for a client of ours located in NYC. This position is fully on-site five days a week. This role will be temporary for 3-6 months based on the business needs. Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for a variety of roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team culture, and strategic needs to ensure the recruitment process aligns with organizational goals.
  • Identify and attract top talent for positions such as Senior Operations Manager, Operations Manager, Supervisor, and Server, along with other potential roles.
  • Leverage various sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking, to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to evaluate experience, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruitment agencies/consultants.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruiting process, from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruiting best practices, and market conditions to provide strategic insights to hiring teams.

  • Successful track record of experience successfully recruiting senior leadership roles such as VP Marketing, VP Hospitality, VP, Quality Control, VP Maintenance & Fabrication, and VP Marine Experiences. Ensure that the right talent is identified, assessed, and hired to meet the company’s strategic needs.
