Position: Real Estate Recruiter

Location: Lakewood, CO

We’re seeking a driven and personable recruiter who’s passionate about connecting with people and building teams. Your role will be central to our mission — bringing on new and experienced real estate professionals who align with our values and culture.

The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate recruiting, real estate in general, or a real estate license.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to attract agents at all career stages
• Actively source candidates through social platforms, referrals, industry events, and direct outreach
• Build strong rapport with potential hires, guiding them through the recruitment journey
• Promote our culture, training programs, and unique selling points in a way that resonates with candidates
• Partner with leadership to forecast growth needs and meet hiring targets
• Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate pipelines and outreach activity

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage time independently
• Experience with CRM systems, social media, and recruiting tools

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses
• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
• Paid time off: 12 days annually (prorated in the first year based on start date)
