What You'll Be Doing:

This internship will give you practical experience in sourcing, recruiting, and sales techniques. Key responsibilities include:

✅ Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:

  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CRM tools to identify top candidates.
  • Screen candidates through phone and video interviews.
  • Match candidates to job opportunities based on skills and career goals.
  • Assist in managing job postings and recruitment campaigns.

✅ Sales & Business Development:

  • Learn to build relationships with candidates and contacts.
  • Gain exposure to consultative selling and objection handling.
  • Develop strong open questioning and negotiation skills.
  • Understand industry-specific recruitment trends and market insights.

✅ Training & Development:

  • Full training provided in sourcing techniques, phone skills, and industry knowledge.
  • Coaching and mentoring from top-performing recruiters.
  • Exposure to real-world sales and recruitment scenarios.
