Job Description

Masis Staffing Solutions is assisting our non-profit client in searching for a Recruiting Assistant in Worcester MA. Conversational Spanish is preferred. This role at a non-profit community agency is a unique blend of HR administrative support for recruiting, onboarding and other HR tasks as well as front desk duties. Position is temp-to-perm with a good opportunity to convert to permanent.

Initial Pay: $21 to $24 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation.
• Assist with recruitment tasks, including resume reviews, phone screens, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
• Support onboarding activities, including orientation logistics and employee documentation.
• Manage job postings on various job boards and ensure information is current.
• Provide front desk reception support, including answering inquiries, managing office supplies, and assisting with office equipment inventory.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

• 1-2 years of administrative experience in recruiting, staffing agency, HR, or related field.
• Conversational Spanish skills is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new software systems.
