Responsibilities:

• Labor Relations: Take charge of labor relations issues and manage union matters, leveraging your expertise in Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) to navigate complex negotiations.
• Employee Engagement: Cultivate a vibrant company culture that promotes employee satisfaction and engagement, consulting on employee relations strategies that make a difference.
• Project Management: Lead and manage large-scale HR projects, providing strategic recommendations and ensuring successful execution that aligns with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 8 years of HR experience within large, fast-paced organizations, focusing on employee and labor relations.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and strong interpersonal communication abilities.
• Expertise: A solid background in employee and labor relations within distribution or manufacturing settings is essential.
• Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
