Great opportunity for a tenured Regional Property Manager to join a dynamic team in Orlando, FL supporting a portfolio of 4-5 assets (mostly in Orlando and expanding to Tampa/Sarasota).

The Regional Property Manager position supports and executes the Company’s strategies related to property management operations by directing the team members on the assigned portfolio of properties, and by implementing the policies, procedures, and practices that enable each property to meet and exceed budgeted financial goals and achieve operational performance objectives. Ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Regional Property Manager, and a college degree in a related field is preferred. Competitive pay.

College degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field is preferred or commensurate experience in the field

(e.g. CPM, CAPS, CAM, etc.) also preferred.
Requirements
5+ years as a Regional Property Manager preferably over owner assets only
Knowledge of Orlando and Sarasota markets.
Great communication skills in dealing with numerous assets managers
Great reporting skills a MUST
KNOCK and RealPage experience a plus
