RD Role Includes:

• Deliver expert nutritional care to residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including MDs, OTs, STs, Nurses, and Nutrition Services.
• Perform detailed nutrition assessments and maintain resident documentation.
• Participate in Quality Assurance audits.
• Play a key role on the IDT team.

Requirements:
