Your Role:

Guide residents' nutritional care.
Work with MD, OT, ST, Nursing & Nutrition Services team.
Be a key part of the IDT team.
Do thorough nutrition assessments.
Document weight, wound, renal & tube-fed residents.
Conduct Quality Assurance audits.
Administer nutrition focused physical assessments.

Requirements:

Registered Dietitian credential or Licensed Dietitian.
