We are seeking a Remote Data Entry Specialist to support our administrative and clinical operations. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate patient and billing information across multiple platforms, ensuring efficiency and compliance with healthcare data standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter, update, and verify patient records in our electronic health system (EHR).
Process billing, scheduling, and insurance data with attention to detail.
Audit databases to identify and correct discrepancies.
Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support smooth data flow.
Previous experience in data entry , medical administration , or healthcare office support preferred.
Strong typing accuracy and computer proficiency.
Familiarity with EHR or CRM software is a plus.
Excellent organization and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
