• A seasoned Resource Manager with deep expertise in Professional Services consulting, specializing in resource planning, project staffing, and supplier engagement to drive successful project delivery. Demonstrates a strong command of Human Capital Management (HCM) principles and a proven ability to align talent with business needs in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• Certified as a Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP), with a strong foundation in technical writing, documentation, and process optimization. Adept at preparing detailed project plans, maintaining staffing schedules, and managing resource allocation across multiple projects while minimizing delivery risks.
• Brings robust skills in business analytics and data-driven decision-making, with hands-on experience using tools such as Tableau, Smartsheet, and automation frameworks to streamline operations, analyze large datasets, and generate actionable insights. Recognized for a high level of analytical thinking, accuracy, and attention to detail, which supports both operational efficiency and strategic planning.
• Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills, allowing seamless collaboration with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Effectively identifies and escalates resourcing issues that may impact deadlines, proactively offering solutions to ensure project continuity and client satisfaction.
