Restaurant Corporate Recruiter (Houston – Remote with Local Travel)

Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000 base + bonus

Location: Remote, must be based in Houston, TX

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is remote but requires the candidate to reside in the Houston area for occasional in-office collaboration and participation in job fairs and recruiting events.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-driven recruiter with a proven ability to attract top talent through social media recruiting, recruitment marketing, and employer branding. This is a fast-paced position focused on building high-quality pipelines and hiring senior-level talent, while partnering closely with leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake meetings to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Recruit for Director-level and above positions , ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
• Utilize ADP Recruiting Management and leverage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.) as core recruiting tools.
• Develop and execute employer branding strategies that highlight culture, values, and employee experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
• Partner with hiring managers, providing insights and ensuring quality hires.
• Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects company values.
• Use data and metrics to improve sourcing strategies and recruiting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on Director-level and above.
• Strong expertise in social media recruiting, recruitment marketing, and employer branding .
• Proficiency in ADP Recruiting Management (ATS) required.
• Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
