Position Overview

The Store Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of store operations to deliver an exceptional shopping experience that reflects the brand’s image and values. This role combines strong leadership, sales expertise, visual merchandising skills and clienteling strategies, and a passion for elevated fashion to drive profitability and foster a motivated, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Performance

  • Drive sales to achieve and exceed store targets and KPIs (conversion, UPT, ATV, etc.).
  • Analyze business reports and identify opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Implement sales strategies and promotional initiatives to increase store performance.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure every customer receives personalized, high-quality service in line with brand standards.
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Foster a client-focused culture that builds long-term relationships and brand loyalty.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, and motivate team members to meet performance goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Build a positive, inclusive, and fashion-forward work environment.

Store Operations

  • Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, etc.
  • Organize store replenishment and product intake, with strong inventory control and understanding of. 
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to align with brand guidelines.
  • Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the store.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in women’s fashion or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent visual merchandising and styling sense.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and basic MS Office tools.
  • Available to work non-traditional hours.
