Job Description:
We seek an empathetic and caring individual to join our team as a Rider Assistant . This role is crucial in facilitating the safe and supportive transport of children who often face challenging circumstances to and from school. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of childhood development and a commitment to fostering positive experiences for these children. The route entails meeting a driver at an assigned location (school), being picked up and remaining in the car to pick up a student at their home location, and returning to the pickup location to drop the student off. The Rider Assistant will be picked up and returned to the same assigned school location.
Shift: Monday- Friday ~7AM-9:30AM and ~2:30-5PM but can fall outside these hours, will be a minimum of 10 hour weeks
Start Date: Early - Mid August
Pay Rate: $23/hr
