ROLE/JOB SUMMARY:

The Sales Administrator position focuses on achieving annual sales goals, managing client relationships, and overseeing key processes such as orders, shipping, returns, inventory, and accounts receivable. This role also involves organizing customer visits, coordinating conferences, and maintaining accurate documentation to support operational and sales success.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

  • Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed yearly sales targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, addressing their needs, and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of order fulfillment, including accurate order entry, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Handle product returns efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies while maintaining positive customer experiences.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels within the HUB, ensuring stock availability and accuracy to support customer demands.
  • Maintain organized records and prepare necessary reports to support sales, operations, and compliance requirements.
  • Welcome clients during visits, organize itineraries, and coordinate conferences to ensure a seamless and professional experience.
  • Monitor and process customer payments, resolve billing issues, and maintain up-to-date records of accounts receivable.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Strong sales and goal-setting abilities to achieve annual performance targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in order management, shipping logistics, and return processes.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management and ability to monitor stock levels accurately.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for handling files, documents, and reports.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking capabilities for coordinating client visits, itineraries, and conferences.
  • Financial acumen for managing accounts receivable and resolving billing issues.
  • Proficiency with relevant software and tools for sales, inventory, and account management. (Excel, SAP, etc.)
  • Bilingual proficiency preferred (Mandarin and English) .

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
