Position: Sales Setter – High-Ticket Sales

Location: Scottsdale, AZ | On-Site at Mastermind HQ

Compensation: OTE $70-80k in the first year

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the first step in the sales process: Make 110-130+ outbound dials daily to warm inbound leads
  • Have strategic, consultative conversations —not scripted pitches—to qualify and challenge prospects
  • Identify real buying signals, dig deep into needs, and drive urgency to book strong appointments for Closers
  • Track performance and maintain strategic follow-ups with engaged prospects
  • Collaborate with Closers & Sales Leadership to refine your approach and increase conversions

  • 1-2+ years of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, Appointment Setter, or similar role)
  • Strong communicator with the ability to lead, challenge, and persuade on the phone
  • Understand how to qualify buyers based on needs, financial ability, and urgency
  • Competitive, process-driven, and thrives in a high-activity sales environment
  • Phoenix-based and ready to be part of an in-office, high-performance team
  • Bonus if you have closing experience or have sold in a high-ticket environment
