Job Description

JDP is seeking a Sanitation Manager in Sioux City, IA area! The candidate is responsible for coordinating and executing activities related to the cleaning and sanitizing of the facility and on-site equipment. The position must ensure that all job duties are conducted in a safe and responsible manner. The Sanitation Manager also works to ensure that our products meet the company's standards and specifications, and all food safety and quality standards are being maintained daily.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that our products meet the company's standards and specifications
• Complete, legible, and accurate documentation
• Must understand and follow all company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's)
• Food Safety and Quality Standard Requirements are being maintained daily
• Must understand and comply with the company Allergen, Food Defense, and HACCP policies
• Must communicate with Supervision of any Food Safety and Equipment concerns
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for the area worked
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with leadership
• Work with Supervision and maintenance to maintain equipment in good working condition
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Perform all other work assigned duties as required by plant leadership Keep work area and machinery clean
• Must comply with all safety policies and procedures at all times
• Required to maintain a safe and clean work environment
