Job Description

We are hiring a Matrimonial Family Law Attorney that specializes in high-net worth individuals. We are a boutique firm that works closely together with support of our clients.

LOCATION: White Plains, NY (Hybrid)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Represent clients in family court hearings, mediation sessions, and settlement negotiations.
• Provide legal representation and guidance to clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody and support, spousal support, prenuptial agreements.
• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs, goals, and legal rights, and provide sound legal advice accordingly.
• Prepare and file legal documents, such as petitions, complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5+ years experience practicing family law in a law firm setting.
• Strong knowledge of matrimonial law, working with high net-worth individuals
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the bar and authorized to practice law in New York.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with clients and handle sensitive situations.
