Job Description

• Administers employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans along with other ancillary benefits.
• Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations governing employee benefit programs.
• Communicates benefits information to employees, including new hires and existing employees, and resolves any issues with benefits.
• Processes enrollments, changes, and terminations of employee benefits.
• Manages billing and processes invoices for employee benefit programs.
• Maintains accurate employee benefits records and files and handles confidential information.
• Creates annual reports and audits related to employee benefits for upper-level management.
• Assists others within the department as needed relating to benefits.
