About the Position:

As a Building Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire steel building process, from initial contact to project completion. This role requires a consultative sales approach, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized design, engineering, and construction solutions. The consultant will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience while maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and contractors.

 

Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated, customer-focused sales professional with strong communication and problem-solving skills. They will play a key role in helping customers bring their steel building visions to life while driving sales growth and market expansion.

 

Responsibilities:

· Manage and close company-provided leads while generating new opportunities.

· Guide customers through the entire sales process to ensure a seamless buying experience.

· Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and contractors.

· Use strong negotiation and presentation skills to exceed sales targets.

· Filter and coordinate communication across internal departments.

· Stay up to date with industry trends and adapt to evolving market needs.

 

Minimum Requirements:

· 2+ years of sales experience (construction or steel buildings a plus).

· Highly motivated with a track record of exceeding sales goals.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to manage and close company-provided leads while generating new opportunities.

· Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM software experience preferred).

· Degree in business, construction, or related field preferred (not required).

· Base Salary and Commission TBD based on experience
