What We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for a Senior Digital Marketing Director with 10+ years of experience in digital marketing and client account management. This role is ideal for a strategic, analytical leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing multiple client accounts as well as a team. As the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, you’ll drive digital strategy, oversee campaign execution, create content, and lead a team of marketers to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Digital Marketing Director at INGAGE, you’ll play a vital leadership role in shaping digital strategies and ensuring the success of our clients’ campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies tailored to each client’s unique business goals.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Mentor, guide, and oversee a team of marketing professionals, ensuring efficient execution of campaigns.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze marketing performance data, generate reports, and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the senior point of contact for clients, fostering trust and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Campaign Execution: Create, oversee, and refine the execution of digital marketing initiatives, including social media, websites, email marketing, paid advertising, and SEO, requiring strong video and photography editing and copywriting skills.
  • Industry Insights & Innovation: Stay ahead of trends in digital marketing, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep clients at the forefront of their industries.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Skills & Qualifications:

We’re looking for a highly experienced digital marketing professional with:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or a similar leadership role in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of executing campaigns themselves, not just delegating tasks to a team.
  • Proven leadership abilities , with experience managing and mentoring a team.
  • A strong strategic mindset paired with the ability to execute. You must be comfortable developing high-impact marketing plans and implementing them yourself.
  • Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written, to collaborate with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Demonstrated expertise across core digital marketing channels, including:
  • Social media (organic & paid): writing captions, scheduling posts, engaging with audiences
  • Email marketing: writing copy, designing graphics, building in Mailchimp/Constant Contact
  • Paid media: creating and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn
  • SEO: on-page and content-driven SEO practices
  • Content creation: writing, editing, and graphic design for digital assets
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Mailchimp, and Constant Contact.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools to drive engagement and lead nurturing.
  • Strong design skills with proficiency in Canva (required) and/or Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
  • Familiarity with website platforms such as WordPress, Squarespace, and Kajabi.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles to enhance user experience across digital channels.
  • Experience using project management tools like Monday.com to stay organized and on deadline.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, maintain budgets, and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
  • Exceptional time and project management skills .
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, industry events, and team collaboration.
