Pay Range: $75 - $80/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing complex engineering projects, including planning, budgeting, and coordination.
• Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
• Designing, developing, and testing advanced products, systems, or structures.
• Conducting research and development to innovate and solve complex engineering problems.
• Reviewing and approving engineering documentation, such as drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Evaluating and selecting materials and equipment for projects.
• Ensuring compliance with engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
• Collaborating with other senior engineers, professionals, and stakeholders on project teams.
• Mentoring and coaching junior engineers and technical staff.
• Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering technology and practices

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills- Substation Physical Design Expertise, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite/Asset suite 8.
• A Senior Engineer is a highly experienced professional in the field of engineering, typically with a significant number of years of experience.
• Substation Physical Design Expertise
• Great Communication and Analytical Skills
• Team Player and able to work across several departments.
• Bachelor’s in engineering/engineering technology.
