Choate Construction is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing team in Nashville . In this role you will oversee large, complex projects or multiple projects, serving as the administrative lead for assigned project teams. While maintaining responsibility for contract and subcontract administration, scheduling, cost management and quality control, you will also guide and support the project team in delivering successful results. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in building and strengthening relationships with clients, designers, and industry partners. A strong focus on client satisfaction and repeat business is essential, and we are looking for someone who can cultivate long-term partnerships and identify opportunities for future work. We are especially interested in candidates with proven background in industrial and distribution center (DC) projects. The ideal candidate brings expertise in this sector, along with the ability to support both preconstruction and operations, and to help drive new business opportunities through successful project execution and industry engagement.
