This is a level three technical support role where you’ll be helping customers and partners with pre- and post-sales engineering with their integrated rugged mobile devices. You are the principle technical expert responsible for smooth deployments, positive outcomes and successful applications for our customers in North America.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to support partners and end-users with in-depth knowledge of EMC products and the B2B Android ecosystem.
- Provides onsite and remote application solution development and troubleshooting.
- Builds advanced applications knowledge based on the company’s existing and new products and solutions.
- Works with sales engineering teams to build custom solutions, improve product performance, and resolve hardware or software issues in the field, while also providing product assistance and technical training to staff, partners, and customers for successful outcomes.
- Supports trade shows, customer demos, pilots and POCs events with live technical support and troubleshooting.

Qualifications / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in technical field or equivalent experience, with 10 years of engineering/field application experience, or 15+ years of combined engineering/field experience.
- Five years of AIDC / EMC / mobility / RFID / MDM industry experience.
Location
- Remote, but Preferably in Greater Chicago Area.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
Job Type : Full Time
Annual Salary : Starting at 100K/Year plus Bonus.
