We are helping our client find an experienced Sr. Technical Recruiter to play a key part in developing and executing personalized candidate recruiting strategies to optimize results and enhance the candidate experience.

In this role, you will collaborate with the broader team to enhance the company's reputation as a top employer and leverage your understanding of the competitive landscape for software and autonomy recruiting.

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you'll:

• Design and implement customized candidate recruiting plans, partnering closely with business stakeholders to achieve the best results possible while maximizing the candidate experience.
• Find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques and manage full-cycle operations.
• Collaborate with the broader team to promote the company’s reputation as the best place to work.
• Bring a solid understanding of the competitive landscape today for software and autonomy recruiting.
• Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 7+ years as a full-cycle recruiter in ML/AI, preferably within the automotive industry (perception/planning)
• Software recruiting background
• Lever and Google Suite experience
• Knowledgeable in the following:
• ML conferences, as well as the latest market news and trends
• PhD hiring and university labs
