We're looking for a detail-oriented Settlement Officer to join our team! If you have a solid understanding of real estate closings, escrow processes, and regulatory compliance, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
✅ Manage end-to-end real estate closings
✅ Prepare and review settlement documents for accuracy
✅ Coordinate with lenders, agents, attorneys & clients
✅ Ensure compliance with TILA, Fair Housing & other regulations
✅ Maintain detailed transaction records & disburse funds
✅ Provide outstanding customer service throughout the process
What We're Looking For:
✔️ Experience as a Settlement Officer (or similar role)
✔️ Strong knowledge of escrow processes & closing procedures
✔️ Excellent attention to detail & organizational skills
✔️ Ability to work independently and collaboratively
✔️ Familiarity with real estate regulations and documentation
