Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $17 - $17 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Sewing Machine Operator:
Operate and thread multiple types of sewing machines
Sew and assemble textile products following patterns and templates
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic issues
Inspect finished goods for quality and correct defects when possible
Record production output and maintain workflow efficiency
Cross-train on products across departments as needed
Available shifts:
Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
Ability to learn and operate all machines in the department within 3 weeks
Proficiency in producing standard products within 6 months; all products within 9 months
Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and visual color discrimination
Ability to follow one-piece flow manufacturing processes
Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Reliable, adaptable, and willing to learn
