Job Description

Position Overview:
As an Intern, Social Media & Influencer Marketing, you will work across beauty and personal care brands. This role focuses on driving brand awareness through creative and data-driven social media and influencer marketing initiatives. You'll support campaign execution, content creation, influencer outreach, and day-to-day social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media
Assist in developing monthly content calendars and launch strategies.
Manage post scheduling, tagging, and publishing across social platforms.
Create and adapt content for Reels, Stories, and static posts — including writing captions in brand voice.
Monitor engagement daily, respond to community comments, and identify trending topics.
Stay updated on beauty, skincare, and social trends to inspire content.
Ideate, film, and edit short-form videos using in-app tools.
Participate in on-camera content creation as needed.
Influencer Marketing
Support organic influencer gifting programs by identifying creators, coordinating outreach, and managing shipments.
Build and maintain influencer relationships, tracking key touchpoints and campaign moments.
Manage in-office gifting inventory and assist with internal gifting initiatives.
Maintain accuracy of influencer databases and audit periodically.
Assist with influencer platforms like Tribe Dynamics and Statusphere.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or Advertising (or currently pursuing).
0–2 years of related experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with major social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.
Familiarity with image/video editing software (preferred).
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Demonstrated passion for social media, content creation, and beauty.
An active social media presence is a plus.
