About the Role

As a Solar Technician, you’ll be on the front lines of the clean energy revolution, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar energy systems. Whether it's rooftop arrays, ground-mounted systems, or innovative floating solar projects, you’ll play a critical role in bringing sustainable energy solutions to life.

What You’ll Do

  • Install and commission solar PV systems (ground-mounted, rooftop, or floating).
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Conduct system inspections and troubleshoot issues to resolve technical problems.
  • Work with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality, efficient installations.
  • Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in solar installation or maintenance is a plus.
  • Electrical or mechanical aptitude; relevant certifications (e.g., NABCEP) are a bonus.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
