We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to take ownership of the solution design and end-to-end (E2E) architecture for our B2B connectivity products. In this role, you will be the primary technical authority responsible for designing the entire lifecycle of our commercial data services—from initial order and provisioning to activation, assurance, and ongoing support.
Must Haves:
10+ years of experience in a Solution Architect or Senior Designer role within the Telecommunications or Cable industry.
Demonstrable experience in architecting End-to-End (E2E) service lifecycles for commercial/B2B products, covering the full journey from order-to-cash through to service assurance.
Deep, hands-on technical knowledge of carrier-grade data services, specifically Layer 2 Ethernet and Wavelength (DWDM) services.
Proven ability to design and integrate solutions using network orchestration platforms, microservices architecture (SOA), and APIs.
Exceptional ability to deconstruct high-level business requirements into detailed technical solutions and communicate them effectively to cross-functional stakeholders.
