Southern California Territory Manager

GRAFF, a division of Meridian International Group, is a Milwaukee, Wisconsin area based global manufacturer and distributor of high-end, luxury kitchen and bath faucets, fixtures, and accessory products.

We are currently seeking a dedicated, hands-on Territory Manager to join our growing team and represent our growing high-end brand in California. The territory for this position is from Orange County and San Diego metropolitan area.

The Southern California Territory Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing sales activities to maximize sales and profits within the California territory. Reporting to the West Coast Regional Manager, this Territory Manager will be an integral part of the GRAFF Sales team, representing and successfully growing a territory with an existing strong market presence.

This position is a remote work position for a candidate based in Southern California, living within the territory between Orange County and San Diego, with extensive travel required mostly within the territory . Travel is estimated to be up to 75-80%. No relocation will be provided for this position.

Key Duties and Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops, implements, and analyzes sales programs, and makes necessary adjustments as required.
  • Establishes and implements sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within management guidelines.
  • Reviews the general business climate and adjusts materials as needed.
  • Understands and supports established sales policies and procedures to ensure sales activities provide proper and effective treatment to customers.
  • Applies knowledge of company products and services to provide quality customer service.
  • Reviews and resolves customer complaints in a professional and timely manner as directed and/or required.
  • Represents company at trade shows as required.
  • Travels to customer locations to complete sales calls as required.
  • Makes Designer and Hospitality sales calls during field travel.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Work Experienced Desired:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related combination of professional experience and education/training
  • Prior experience effectively managing a sales territory is required
  • Prior experience in the decorative plumbing industry or a related field is a plus
