Job Description

Client: #1 Retailer in the World!

Duration: 6 month contract to hire (opportunity to convert full time earlier)

Job Title: UX Designer

Location: Remote during contract, relocation to Bentonville, AR required once full time!

Interview Process: 2 rounds of interviews with client

Overview:

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Relocation to Bentonville, AR upon conversion is required
  • 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer for digital software products Product designer UI/UX experience
  • Consumer grade UX design experience
  • Deep experience with end-to-journey mapping, facilitating sessions like Design Sprints, conducting competitive analysis, and leading rapid concepting and prototyping
  • Mobile-first UX design experience and maintaining feature parity across web and mobile
  • Excellent visual and interaction design skills and a keen understanding of trends in the marketplace
  • Degree in HCI, Information Architecture, Digital Design, or similar and at least 5+ years of experience in digital product/software design.
  • Ability to produce great work in short timeframes, multitask across different projects and platforms, and adapt to changing business priorities ology domain knowledge
