**Forklift Operator (Stand up or Reach Truck)- $23-$25/hr** **Job Description** The Warehouse Worker is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of part mark stamps and quantities against receipt and shipping paperwork. This role involves electronically processing transactions through the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and staging items on designated carts or racks. The worker will also package parts according to Material Handling Guidelines and kitting requirements, while adhering to 5S methodology and all safety principles within their personal work area and area of responsibility. **Responsibilities** + Verify part mark stamp and quantity of parts with receipt/shipping paperwork. + Operate reach truck and stand up forklift + Package parts according to Material Handling Guidelines, kitting requirements, and kit boxes. + Maintain 5S standards within the work area. + Adhere to all safety guidelines and principles. **Essential Skills** + Forklift and reach truck operation. + Good interpersonal skills. + High school diploma or equivalent. + 0-2 years of general experience, with a preference for warehouse experience. + Use of RF (bar-code scan) devices. + Assertive communication and order delegation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Leadership experience is a plus. + Ability to multitask under time constraints and in a fast-paced environment. + Problem-solving skills related to order status. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic work environment that values teamwork, safety, and personal growth. The position includes tasks such as shipping and receiving, picking, inventory management, and using a pallet jack. The work environment encourages adherence to safety protocols and 5S methodology. Dress code is standard for warehouse operations. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Albany, OH. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
