Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

• Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and increase sales.
• Leverage marketing, social media, and local networking to expand brand awareness.
• Build and maintain strong community partnerships and referral sources.
• Engage with prospective clients to educate them on services and convert inquiries into appointments.

Operational Leadership

• Work closely with the Medical Director to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and clinic efficiency.
• Track KPIs, revenue targets, and sales performance to drive profitability.
• Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and coordinate workshops/events.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing, sales-savvy clinical team.
• Conduct performance evaluations and promote professional development.
• Foster a collaborative, goal-oriented work environment.

Client Experience & Clinical Excellence

• Provide exceptional client service with a focus on aesthetics and IV therapy.
• Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, IV hydration, and aesthetic procedures.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

What You Need to Succeed

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Aesthetic background and strong expertise in IV therapy are required.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, and clinic management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Passion for health, wellness, and high-quality patient care.
• Comfort with marketing, social media, and client engagement.
