We are looking for a  Style & Community Content Coordinator to help shape and elevate the storytelling of our home tours, magazines, and social & digital platforms. This role blends design expertise, editorial skills, video editing, and community engagement to craft compelling content about home style and design, communities, neighborhoods, and the broader homebuilding industry in Minnesota. This position is responsible for coordinating the production of editorial and digital content, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and tone.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content across digital channels, including websites, social media, and email marketing.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain the company’s visual and editorial standards to ensure all content reflects the brand’s voice, style, and values.
  • Editorial Planning: Assist in planning and scheduling editorial calendars, ensuring timely publication of content.
  • Social Media Management: Write, edit, and schedule attention-grabbing social media content, including short-form videos, that resonates with target audiences.
  • Content Optimization: Analyze content performance using metrics to refine and optimize future content strategies and grow our audience. 
  • Trend Research: Proactively identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities, including new platforms, features, and moments to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, designers, and marketing to produce high-quality content that supports our mission of providing homeownership opportunities for all Minnesotans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, interior design, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in content creation, marketing, or a related role (experience in homebuilding, real estate, or design is a plus!).
  • Strong writing, proofreading, social photography, videography, and storytelling skills.
  • Passion for home design and style.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with web, video, design software (WordPress, Webflow, Sprout Social, Asana, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite) a plus.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and how to optimize content for engagement.
  • Excellent communication and creative problem-solving abilities.

Location:

Roseville, MN, Hybrid 

In the office 2 days a week with the ability to work remotely part of the week. Must be able to travel independently throughout the Twin Cities for on-site content production.
