Superica is seeking a Senior General Manager to oversee our dynamic team!
The Senior General Manager oversees assigned General Managers in all aspects of restaurant operations in an open, positive and approachable manner. Coaching them to protect our culture and monitor the restaurant in its entirety, driving revenue, cost controls, hiring, training and developing all staff. To ensure all assigned stores maintain the standard operating procedures and product quality specifications. 10-years of progressive restaurant experience preferred, five of which are in senior management. Competitive salary: $100,000 – $110,000/yr. DOE + generous quarterly bonus program
