About the Job

Harris and Co are looking for a Superintendent that has an MEP background and a desire to work on exciting and complex projects for a leading general contractor expanding their Mission Critical division.

Job Requirements

Create and execute comprehensive schedules and production plans that prioritize budget adherence and safety protocols
Support the Project Manager by helping prepare accurate and timely project status reports
Manage documentation including daily reports, progress updates, compliance documentation, and necessary logs
Review plans and drawings to ensure alignment with contract specifications and coordinate shop drawings effectively
Strategically assess and determine optimal staffing requirements based on construction methodology and resource availability
Maintain construction timelines by coordinating appropriate workforce levels and ensuring timely procurement of materials and equipment
Oversee subcontractor activities to verify compliance with all contractual obligations and specifications

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in related construction field
Minimum of 1 year Mission Critical/Data Center construction experience
Extensive field experience and a strong MEP background
