About the Job

Harris and Co are looking for a Superintendent that has an MEP background and a desire to work on exciting and complex projects for a leading general contractor expanding their Mission Critical division.

Job Requirements

• Create and execute comprehensive schedules and production plans that prioritize budget adherence and safety protocols
• Support the Project Manager by helping prepare accurate and timely project status reports
• Manage documentation including daily reports, progress updates, compliance documentation, and necessary logs
• Review plans and drawings to ensure alignment with contract specifications and coordinate shop drawings effectively
• Strategically assess and determine optimal staffing requirements based on construction methodology and resource availability
• Maintain construction timelines by coordinating appropriate workforce levels and ensuring timely procurement of materials and equipment
• Oversee subcontractor activities to verify compliance with all contractual obligations and specifications

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in related construction field
• Minimum of 1 year Mission Critical/Data Center construction experience
• Extensive field experience and a strong MEP background
