Job Description

Title: Medical Device Sales Representative - Surgical Equipment

Territory: Houston and surrounding areas

Company: Surgical device manufacturer, specializing in patient positioning and safety products used during spinal, neuro, and orthopedic surgeries. Highly respected products, great company culture and motivated management team. Tons of internal growth and long term compensation growth.

Description:

  • Ability to work closely with leadership to take over existing accounts and continue to open new business YOY as well.
  • Calling on Hospitals Surgical Suite and Surgery Centers.
  • Sell operating room surgical medical devices to hospital administration, surgical suite directors, charge nurses, and surgeons.
  • Build strong relationships with surgeons, surgical suite staff, and purchasing departments
  • No on call!

Requirements :

  • 1+ yrs experience in surgical device sales, Associate Sales Rep, or Surgical Case Coverage. Ideally looking for someone familiar with the operating room and surgical products.
  • Proven ability to knock on doors, cold call, prospect and close new business
  • Track record of consistent over quota attainment and solid sales achievements
  • Someone driven, motivated, and can grow a territory
  • Ability to travel

Compensation: $50-60 Base salary, & 85-100K+ total 1st year, uncapped commissions, extra bonuses, car allowance + Gas, Expenses, and full medical benefits. YOY growth in role and compensation, Top Reps are earning over $300k annually in this position.
