  • Oversee Granite Bank’s CRM platform, supporting campaign tracking, audience segmentation, and lead management.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for Experience.com, managing reviews, user access, updates, and reputation reporting.
  • Maintain and oversee the promotional store, tracking inventory, coordinating orders, and assisting with branded merchandise for events and campaigns.
  • Oversee the development of surveys to collect feedback.

2. Marketing Support & Execution

  • Assist with the preparation, organization, and distribution of marketing materials for internal and external campaigns, events, and communications.
  • Support event planning activities.
  • Help manage the marketing calendar, ensuring alignment across projects, meetings, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate logistics for marketing events and campaigns, including venue booking, promotional materials, and vendor communication.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on social media scheduling, content updates, and event planning.

3. HR Administrative Support

  • Post open positions across job boards and internal platforms; track postings and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Screen incoming candidates, organize resumes, and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers.
  • Assist with maintaining employee records and filing documentation in accordance with compliance and confidentiality standards.
  • Serve as the company NMLS administrator, managing registrations, renewals, and regulatory reporting.

4. Calendar & Meeting Management

  • Manage calendars for HR and Marketing leadership, scheduling interviews, team meetings, vendor calls, and cross-departmental check-ins.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal meetings and events, including room reservations, catering, A/V setup, and preparation of meeting materials.

5. Event Coordination & Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Support planning and execution of employee and customer-facing events, including team-building activities, community outreach, and campaign-driven events.
  • Act as a liaison between HR, Marketing, and external vendors to ensure smooth coordination and communication across initiatives.

6. General Administrative & Project Support

  • Maintain organized digital and physical files for both departments, ensuring accessibility and version control.
  • Provide general administrative support such as preparing reports, creating presentations, and assisting with ongoing projects as needed by the Chief of Staff or departmental leads.
  • Ensure shared office spaces and supply inventories for HR and Marketing are well-maintained and fully stocked.

Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Previous office or administrative support experience is a plus.
  • Experience with basic marketing tasks (social media, content creation, or event planning) is a plus.

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A friendly, customer-service-oriented attitude with the ability to work well with employees and external contacts.
