Job Description
***Only qualified Technical Product Manager Product Owner candidates located near the Parsippany, NY area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***
Required Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline or the equivalent in education and work experience
Required Licenses/Certifications:
• IIBA Certification Required
Preferred Licenses/Certifications:
• Product Owner/Project Manager Certification
Required Qualifications:
• Highly experienced in requirements elicitation and documentation analysis
• Hands-on experience with Software Development tools
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other documentation tools
• Critical Thinking Problem Solving skills
• At least 2-4 years of prior experience working as a Senior Business Analyst role in a large Project/Program with the capability to run smaller projects/programs within those independently, working with a team of BA’s and guiding them
• Experience with Agile Business Analysis
• Self-driven and eager to learn
• Understanding of SAFe methodology
• Experience with user story/use case creation
• Ability to facilitate requirements through prototyping, wireframes as needed.
• Knowledge of Requirements Analysis, Requirements Elicitation and Requirements Management
• Project or Program management expertise
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Required Technical Skills:
• Experience with Azure Dev OPS/ADO-TFS, Visio, eliciting requirements and facilitating meetings
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Project, Excel)
Responsibilities:
• Works with little or no supervision on projects of moderate to high complexity and independently on projects of low to moderate complexity
• Serves as liaison between our Business Development, Development, and Quality Assurance teams
• Serves as the primary technical contact with carrier partners and certification teams
• Contributes to the identification of solutions, elicitation and development of business and functional requirements that meet the needs of the business in a date driven business and application development environment
• Elicits and analyses complex business problems and needs
• Stays current on industry best practices, trends, tools, and techniques
• Builds solid relationships with all project stakeholders
