Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our insurance products and services.
Qualify leads by gathering relevant client information and identifying potential opportunities for our agents.
Stay up-to-date on the insurance products and services we offer, and effectively communicate these to clients.
Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns or referrals and schedule appointments for agents.
Provide initial information to potential clients and address basic questions regarding insurance options.
Maintain a detailed database of client interactions and prospect data.
Ensure all communications align with our guidelines and compliance standards.
Prepare regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointment scheduling to track progress.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in telemarketing or sales, ideally within the insurance industry.
Excellent communication and persuasive skills, with proficiency in using CRM software.
A basic understanding of insurance products, or a strong willingness to learn.
Ability to remain motivated and focused, even when facing rejection.
Strong organizational skills for managing multiple leads at once.
Professional, friendly, and courteous phone manner.
A results-driven mindset, committed to achieving goals and contributing to agency growth.

This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from home.

Salary: $ 32,640.00 65,000.00 Per Year
