Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to engage potential and existing customers.
  • Present Comcast products and services (e.g., internet, cable, phone) to match customers' needs.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
  • Handle objections and provide solutions to customer concerns professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the system.
  • Stay updated on Comcasts latest products, promotions, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Hard Selling or any related Sales roles.
  • Skills:
    • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Strong ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
    • High emotional intelligence and resilience in handling customer rejections.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.

Attitude: Results-oriented, motivated, and customer-focused.
