Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform test engineering tasks throughout the lifecycle of tactical programs or R&D projects, ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Develop, plan, and execute qualification tests for Electronic Warfare systems and subsystems.
• Prepare and execute comprehensive test procedures while managing schedules for system and subsystem testing operations.
• Analyze test results, preparing detailed subsystem and system-level evaluation reports to validate and verify system performance.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to coordinate testing activities, anticipate schedule challenges, and resolve disconnects to ensure timely and successful test execution.

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university/college.
