Seasonal Guest Experience Associate - Theater Event Support (Winter 2025)

A nationally recognized event staffing company is seeking enthusiastic and personable individuals to support a major entertainment brand's theatrical experience this winter at Fair Park. This immersive event is hosted by a beloved global entertainment group known for its iconic characters, storytelling, and family-friendly productions.

Position Overview:

As a Guest Experience Associate , you will play a key role in creating magical moments for attendees by greeting guests, promoting themed merchandise and costumes, and potentially dressing in character to enhance the theatrical atmosphere. This is a highly interactive role ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with the public and embodying the spirit of performance and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests attending the theater event
• Promote and support sales of themed costumes and branded merchandise
• Represent the brand in a professional and enthusiastic manner
• May be required to wear a costume as part of the guest experience
• Maintain a positive and energetic presence throughout each shift

Requirements:

• Availability to work evenings and weekends during December and January
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with wearing costumes and engaging with guests
• Must complete a detailed interview and screening process
• Previous experience in events, retail, or theater is a plus
