We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our Timekeeping Issue Resolution Team , responsible for handling 30-50 timekeeping issues per day . This role follows a tiered priority system (with Tier 4 being the lowest and Tier 1 the highest), and new team members will begin with Tier 4 cases , which do not impact payroll.
This position is highly process-driven , requiring careful categorization and coding of cases before resolving them. The first phase involves identifying the tier and sorting requests accordingly, while the second phase focuses on resolution, requiring critical thinking and problem-solving skills .
While the role involves repetitive processes, each case presents a unique challenge , making every day an engaging problem-solving experience-almost like solving puzzles!
Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process 30-50 timekeeping issues daily
• Identify and classify issues based on the tiered priority system
• Accurately code and sort cases before resolution
• Investigate and resolve timekeeping discrepancies with critical thinking
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
