Job Description:
Must be shift flexible, including weekends as required Powder metal experience is mandatory for this role • Analytical skills • Powder metal compacting (5+ years preferred) • Manufacturing experience in Metal Forging is preferred • Hands-on experience with mechanical/hydraulic presses (Cincinnati 550) for powdered metal compacting • Hands-on experience troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment • Knowledge of forging presses, die setup, material flow, and robot knowledge • Familiarity with the metallurgical properties of ferrous/non-ferrous powders and forgings, • Blueprint reading and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) • Quality inspection tools: micrometers, hardness testers, CMM
