Hours expected to work: Monday thru Friday; 7:00am to 4:30pm
Expected working hours: 40 to 45 hours per week
Compensation : $20-25.00 per hour (OT pay after 40 hours)
Environment: M anufacturing plant; 100% onsite
Job Duties:
-Conduct and manage the onboarding process for new employees.
-Oversee and deliver a comprehensive 7-week training bootcamp, ensuring high-quality instruction and support for all participants.
-Develop and distribute learning materials, administer tests, and evaluate trainee progress throughout the program.
-Provide hands-on, one-on-one training, with a particular focus on inspection aspects of manufacturing.
-Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, application reviews, and candidate screenings using the company's ATS.
-Coordinate interviews and collaborate with HR to extend offers to successful candidates.
-Represent the company at career fairs, educational institutions, and other recruitment events.
-Conduct presentations at schools and participate in community outreach to promote the company as an employer of choice.
-Organize and lead on-site tours for visitors, providing insights into company operations and culture.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-Proven experience in training coordination within a manufacturing or industrial setting is required.
-Recruitment experience is a strong preference.
-Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and roles.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
-Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations and training materials.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Passion for employee development and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
-High school diploma or equivalent.
